Our Fees
The following sets out our estimate of the legal fees that we would charge for matters that we regularly act on.
Please note, the fees set out below are a guide only and not an estimate, quotation or fixed price.
All fees set out below are plus GST and disbursements, if any.
Our fees are charged based on the time we spend on a matter and maybe adjusted to reflect other factors (for example, the results achieved and the urgency, level of skill, complexity, responsibility, and specialist knowledge required).
We would be happy to provide you with a fee estimate specific to your matter. To provide an estimate we will require copies of all your documentation (including, if relevant, the sale and purchase agreement, certificate of title, trust deed etc). Please don’t hesitate to ask us for an estimate.
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 we are required to conduct due diligence on our clients. We may use a third-party service to complete the customer due diligence required.

Immigration
The following sets out our estimate of the legal fees that we would charge for common immigration matters.
We would be happy to provide you with an estimate for any work that is not set out below.
Email us for enquiries. We will reply as soon as possible, and no later than the next business day.
You don’t have to pay your immigration fees in one sum. You can spread the payment of the fees over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. We use Fee Funders for this service.
Please note that we aim to keep to the fees set out above, however if your particular situation requires additional work than what is usually required our fee may be higher. We will let you know if we thing our fees might exceed the amounts set out above.
All fees set out above are plus GST and disbursements, if any. All governmental filing fees will be charged in addition to our fees.
